Delivery
We offer several different delivery options. The options available will depend on the items in your basket and whether you are ordering customised products.
We will deliver the products to the delivery address specified in the relevant order via a courier. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO numbers.
Tracking your parcel: All domestic deliveries are made by courier. If you need to rearrange delivery, this can be done via the link in your email.
Courier delays: Please note that delays can sometimes be caused by courier drivers or courier depots that are beyond our control. This may increase the delivery time by an additional 1 to 2 working days. We cannot accept any liability for loss of business due to late or failed delivery, and we do not offer any compensation. We highly recommend placing your order well in advance if you have an event or function, just in case of any delivery delays.
Failed delivery: If you have provided an incorrect postcode, if goods are refused at the delivery address and returned to sender, if the buyer is no longer present at the address, or if there are three failed delivery attempts, you will be contacted by our sales team and required to pay an ADDITIONAL courier fee for a change of address, as per the courier company’s terms and conditions. This is also not a valid method of return, and the return fees we incur on the buyer’s behalf will be reflected in any refund due.
International Delivery Charges
VAT will be charged for all destinations.
As well as UK deliveries, we can also deliver worldwide all our products. If you can’t find a delivery service on our website, please contact our sales team at moc.srebniarwobniarnull@selas to request an international shipping quote.
Duty Payments: Products delivered to international destinations (including Europe) may be subject to taxes, fees, levies, or other charges imposed by local legislation. The recipient of the products is responsible for all customs formalities for their export and import and will be required to pay any additional charges, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies, and other charges. The recipient of the goods, not the person who ordered them, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges.
If you are ordering products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they are aware that they will be responsible for these additional charges. We advise that you check the import charges applicable in any country before ordering products to be delivered there.
