Do you only use organic ingredients?

We exclusively produce products that are certified organic. Organic foods are devoid of aromas, flavourings, synthetic sweeteners, and other artificial additives, preserving the natural taste, especially in fruits and vegetables. Instead of relying on flavour enhancers, organic products highlight the genuine taste of the food. Frequently, the natural flavours in organic fruits and vegetables are more vibrant than those in conventional produce. Additionally, our organic foods are guaranteed to be 100% GMO-free. 

We are pleased to possess the UK Organic certification and EU Organic Certificate with OF&G.

Are Rainbers Boxes packaging compostable?

We don’t use plastic in any of our packaging. The transparent bags inside the Rainber Boxes are made of Natureflex packaging, which is made from wood pulp sourced from managed locations and is GM-free. The eco-friendly, compostable, and biodegradable bags are made from very clear Natureflex™ film, which is made from wood pulp. It is also made from renewable, sustainable sources.

What about the mailing bags for garments? 

Our white sugar cane envelopes are the perfect sustainable alternative to standard polythene mailing bags, reducing our carbon footprint. Produced from a by-product of sugar cane, and grown on reclaimed wasteland, and therefore having no impact on the rainforest, our eco mailing bags are fully recyclable, use no fossil fuels, and are produced from the greenest material on the market. Recycle as you would any other recyclable product. It can then be put back into the recycling process and reused.

When can I get my order?

All our products are made to order. Depending on the time of year, our standard turnaround is usually between 5-10 working days, but this can change depending on the number of orders we have.

What if I have a specific deadline?

If the deadline is crucial, please let us know. Write a note on your order or drop us an email. We will note this and do our best to ensure we meet your deadline. If we are unable to meet your required date, we will contact you to advise. For any queries, please feel free to discuss with our sales team.

International deliveries

As well as UK deliveries, we can also deliver worldwide all our products. If you can’t find a delivery service on our website, please contact our sales team at moc.srebniarwobniarnull@selas to request an international shipping quote.

How do I unsubscribe from emails?
