Returns and Exchanges

In the event of a complaint due to faulty goods or workmanship, you must inform us in writing either by email or letter and include clear evidence (i.e. a photograph) of the defect within 7 days of receipt of goods. If we are satisfied that there is a defect in the goods provided we’ll endeavour to resolve the issue at our discretion within a reasonable timescale.

To return products, please contact our sales team at moc.srebniarwobniarnull@selas for a return reference number. You must send the products to us by post or courier within 10 days (maximum 14 days) after telling us you wish to proceed with a return or exchange, and all products must be securely packaged and returned unused and in a saleable condition (unless the products are being returned because they are damaged).

Return delivery charges and the risk of loss or damage to the goods being returned are the responsibility of the client until they have been received by us. We recommend a recorded-delivery service is used when returning goods to us. We will only refund delivery charges or accept the return of opened items if they are faulty or were supplied in error. Where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.  

When we won’t accept a return or offer an exchange or a refund

Goods that are not faulty and customised to the client’s specifications cannot be returned or exchanged as they are produced to the customer’s requirements. All rights, including intellectual property rights, in any drawings, specifications, patterns, materials, tools and any other works or data created by us in relation to any customised products shall remain our property unless we expressly agree otherwise with you.

How we will refund you

If you are entitled to a refund, then we will refund you by the method you used for payment ie card, BACS, PayPal etc.
